# Contact & Lead Management (Web)

> Review captured leads, filter by score tiers, and run bulk operations.

## Chapter 4: Contact & Lead Management (Web)

The Contacts section is your central hub for reviewing all leads captured across every event.

### 4.1 The Contacts List

Navigate to **Contacts** from the main menu. The table shows all contacts with name, company, phone, email, website, lead score, event, and assigned list. Filter by **Hot / Warm / Cool** tabs, or click **Filter** for advanced options.

* **Lead Score** — 0–100, automatically calculated from qualification answers.
* **Hot / Warm / Cool** — The three quality tiers (customisable labels).

### 4.2 Adding a Contact Manually (Web)

Click **Create Contact** in the top right. Fill in name, company, email, phone, and any other details. Qualification questions can be answered in the form or filled in later.

### 4.4 Lead Enrichment & Review

Lead Enrichment automates the process of completing and updating contact profiles. Instead of relying solely on minimal badge scan details (often just a name and basic email), BoothMaven enriches records with deep firmographic and professional intelligence — including verified corporate titles, seniority levels, official company domains, LinkedIn profiles, employee headcounts, and industry classifications.

#### How Enrichment Works

1. **Triggering from Contacts List** — Check one or more contacts in the Contacts table, click **Bulk Actions**, and choose **Enrich**. You can also trigger enrichment for an individual contact by clicking the **Enrich** button on their contact profile card.
2. **Credit Consumption & Quota Tracking** — Enrichment draws from your plan's monthly credit quota (max\_credits\_for\_contact\_enrichment). The table header displays a real-time badge (e.g., *"120 / 500 credits left"*). If your monthly limit is reached, an alert prompts you to upgrade or wait until the next billing cycle.
3. **The Enrichment Review Dashboard** — Navigate to Contacts → Enrichment Review (or /leads/contacts/enrich/list). The review table organizes all pending and completed enrichment requests. Filter tabs let you view:

* **All** — Complete history of enrichment requests.
* **Under Review** — Contacts with newly retrieved enrichment data waiting for your review.
* **Needs Attention (Low Match)** — Records where automated matching found borderline confidence scores, requiring manual verification.
* **High Match** — Records with high-confidence corporate matches ready for immediate application.

4. **Side-by-Side Review Modal** — Click **Review** on any contact row to open the comparison modal. The interface displays your original captured data alongside the newly discovered enriched data field-by-field (Title, Company, Website, Phone, LinkedIn, Location, Industry). Check or uncheck individual attributes, click **Apply Selected**, or click **Apply All Enriched Fields**.

Run Lead Enrichment before syncing to HubSpot or Salesforce so your CRM receives complete, enriched account records without manual data research.

<Tip>
Use Export to CRM after the show to instantly sync qualified leads into your sales pipeline without manual data entry.
