# Settings & Configuration

> Account settings, outbound SMTP, CRM integrations, and lead scoring.

## Chapter 10: Settings & Configuration

All account-level settings are accessible from the **Settings** menu. The most important sections for lead capture are Qualification Questions (covered in Chapter 1.2) and Email Settings.

Return to Settings at any time to update SMTP credentials, adjust lead labels, add or reorder qualification questions, or manage your CRM integration. Changes take effect immediately for all staff.

  Only Account Admins can access and modify Settings. Booth Managers and Field Staff do not see the Settings menu.
