# Invitation & Shared Asset Delivery Tracking

> Centralized audit log tracking digital business cards, documents, and microsites with open rates and CTA click analytics.

### 1.1 Invitation & Shared Asset Tracking

Whenever your team shares a digital business card, PDF brochure, product page, or microsite with a prospect, BoothMaven logs the transaction as a tracked invitation. The Invitation Tracking hub (/leads/contacts/invitation/list) lets you track recipient interactions across email and personalized web links.

#### Activity Summary & Key Metrics

The top summary banner provides immediate visibility into asset delivery performance:

* **Total Sent** — Cumulative digital assets and invitations delivered to leads.
* **Opened** — Total invitations opened by recipients.
* **Not Yet Opened** — Pending invitations awaiting attendee engagement.
* **Open Rate (%)** — Percentage of sent invitations opened, measuring message relevance.
* **Guest Invites** — Collateral shared with non-registered attendees or forwarded colleagues.

#### Audit Log Details

The detailed audit table tracks every individual recipient interaction:

* **Recipient & Content** — Contact name, email avatar, and shared asset title.
* **Trigger Type** — Identifies what was shared: *Digital Cards, Documents, Products*, or *Business Cards*.
* **Channel & Interaction** — Tracks whether the recipient clicked the direct email CTA button or opened the asset via personalized link.
* **Timestamp & Subject** — Exact send date and email subject line used for the delivery.

Filter by *Not Yet Opened* after 48 hours to send a gentle follow-up reminder or trigger an alternative outreach channel like SMS or LinkedIn.
