# Digital Asset Lead Capture & Responses

> Capture responses from digital cards and microsites with device, geo-intelligence, returning visitor tracking, and CRM sync.

### 3.1 Digital Asset Lead Capture & Responses

Every digital asset created in BoothMaven — whether an Individual Digital Business Card, Company Card, Product Showcase, or Interactive Microsite — is equipped with an integrated **Lead Capture Form**. When attendees scan your QR code or open a shared link, the landing page presents a frictionless contact form to exchange information before accessing content, downloading brochures, or booking a meeting.

#### Viewing Captured Responses

To view leads captured through a specific digital card or microsite, click **Lead Capture** on the asset tile or table row (or navigate to /digital-cards/lead-capture/\[id]):

* **Captured Lead Table** — Displays all submitted contacts with Name, Email, Phone, Company, and Timestamp.
* **Capture Method & Channel** — Identifies how the lead submitted their information (QR Scan on phone, Direct URL visit, Card Share, In-person kiosk).
* **Device & Geo-Intelligence** — Records device type (iOS, Android, Desktop) and general geolocation where the scan occurred.
* **Visitor Status** — Highlights *First-Time* vs *Returning Visitors* to identify recurring attendee interest.
* **Enrichment & Notes** — Shows automated qualification status, Apollo/OCR flags, and attached voice notes.

#### Exporting & CRM Integration

Use the **Export** button on the DataGrid toolbar to download captured leads as CSV or Excel. Captured records automatically flow into your global Contacts list and sync with HubSpot or Salesforce if CRM sync is enabled.
