# Your Role & What You Can Access

# Part B: Booth Manager / Exhibitor

Web App — app.boothmaven.com

This part is for team members with the Booth Manager or Exhibitor role. You have access to the web app focused on your assigned events — you can view contacts and meetings, use digital sharing tools, but cannot change account-wide settings or create/delete events.

## Chapter 12: Your Role & What You Can Access

When you log in, the Events page shows only your assigned events. From there you can access:

* **Contacts** — All leads from your assigned events. View, filter, add, and edit contacts.
* **Meetings** — All meetings for your events. Book new ones, view details, and update statuses.
* **Digital Cards & Microsites** — View and share all published digital assets.
* **Stories** — View and share all published stories.

  If an event doesn't appear in your list, ask your Account Admin to assign you
  to it.
