# Reviewing Event Contacts

> How Booth Managers inspect lead profiles, qualification scores, and notes.

## Chapter 13: Reviewing Event Contacts

Navigate to **Contacts** to see all leads from your assigned events. Use the Hot / Warm / Cool filter tabs to focus on the highest-priority leads first. Click **View** on any row to see their full profile, qualification answers, notes, and meeting history.

Create contacts manually via **Create Contact** — useful when you collect a business card and want to log it directly in the web app.

  After the show, review Cool leads too. Some may be better qualified than their
  score suggests if staff ran out of time to complete the qualification
  questions.
