## Welcome to BoothMaven

As Field Staff, the **BoothMaven Mobile App** is your primary companion on the trade show floor. It allows you to:

* **⚡ Scan Badges Instantly**: Read attendee badge QR codes in seconds.
* **📸 Scan Business Cards**: Auto-extract contact information using AI camera OCR.
* **✍️ Qualify Leads in Real Time**: Answer booth questions to immediately compute lead scores (Hot, Warm, Cool).
* **🎙️ Add Voice & Text Notes**: Record observations directly on the contact's profile.
* **📅 Book Meetings on the Fly**: Schedule follow-ups and instantly share calendar invites via WhatsApp or email.
* **📱 Share Without Paper**: Hand out your interactive digital card, company brochures, or microsites even when offline.

> ℹ️ **Works 100% Offline:** You do not need a reliable Wi-Fi connection to capture leads! All contacts and scans are safely stored on your phone and sync automatically once an internet connection is re-established.
