Web App — app.boothmaven.comThis part is written for the Account Admin — the person responsible for setting up and managing the BoothMaven account. All tasks are performed through the Web App. Read Part B if you also act as a Booth Manager, and Part C if you use the Mobile App on the show floor.
When you first create your BoothMaven account, a Quick Setup wizard guides you through the most important settings. All steps can be skipped and completed later from the Settings menu.
A progress indicator at the top of the screen shows your completion percentage. The wizard covers three areas:
Email Settings — Configure your outbound SMTP server so that BoothMaven can send meeting invitations and lead notifications from your company email. Enter server address, From Email, username, and password, then click Test Connection. You can skip this step and use BoothMaven’s default sending address instead.
Booth Questions — Set up the qualification questions that staff will answer after scanning each lead. These questions automatically score and categorise leads. You can add, reorder, or mark questions as Required. Skip to configure later.
CRM Integration — Connect BoothMaven to HubSpot or Salesforce so captured leads sync automatically. Authenticate with OAuth and save. Configurable at any time from Settings.

You don’t have to complete every step of the wizard before your event. Even a partially configured account is fully functional for lead capture.
After setup (or skipping the wizard), go to Settings → Qualification Questions at any time. The page has two sections:
Booth Questions — Questions your staff see after scanning a lead. Types: Free Text, Single Choice, or Multi Choice. Mark critical questions as Required.
Lead Labels — Names for the three quality tiers. Defaults: Hot, Warm, Cool. Rename to match your team’s language (e.g. A, B, C or Priority, Nurture, Low).
