Chapter 18: Booking & Managing Meetings on Mobile

The Meetings tab gives a real-time view of all meetings scheduled for your current event. Book new meetings, view details, reschedule, cancel, and record outcomes.

18.1 The Meetings Screen

Tap the Meetings tab. Each meeting card shows contact name, job title and company, date/time, format, and current status. Filter tabs at the top: All, Scheduled, Rescheduled, Done, and Cancelled. 18.2 Booking a Meeting from Mobile

Tap the + button in the top-right corner. Fill in the meeting title, contact, date/time, duration, type (In-Person or Virtual), and location. Tap Save. A confirmation screen appears. From here you can share meeting details with others via email, WhatsApp, your device’s email app, or a general share sheet. 18.3 Viewing Meeting Details

Tap any meeting card to open the full Meeting Detail view: current status badge, title, event and booth, contact name and company, and scheduling details. Three action buttons let you Update Status, Reschedule, or Cancel the meeting. 18.4 Updating a Meeting Status

Tap Update Status on the meeting detail screen. Choose what happened:
  • Done — The meeting took place as planned.
  • Rescheduled — The meeting was moved (you will be prompted to set the new time).
  • Cancelled — The meeting was cancelled.
  • No Show — The contact did not attend.
Select an Outcome from the dropdown and add key discussion points in the Notes field. Tap Save Status Update. Update Status — record meeting outcome with notes ▲ Update Status — record meeting outcome with notes
Always update meeting statuses on the same day. This data feeds directly into your meeting reports and helps your team prioritise follow-up after the show.
